Elevate the Bay Area facade
Don’t let seismic weight hold you back in San Francisco
Precisely engineered, lightweight architectural sills and bands that deliver the massive presence of custom stone and masonry—without the specialized headers, invasive anchoring, and structural dead load that inflate your budget and simplify seismic engineering requirements.
Re-engineering the classic San Francisco profile
San Francisco’s architecture demands precision, but heavy stone decorative window sills are a structural liability in active seismic zones. We’ve re-engineered the classic profile. Our decorative foam sills deliver the massive presence of masonry without the dead load.
Whether you’re restoring a Victorian or detailing a new mid-rise, our lightweight bands and sills accelerate installation on narrow city lots, minimizing the need for heavy lifting equipment and complex structural anchoring that typically stalls Bay Area builds.
Precision and scale for modern elevations
Designers shouldn’t have to settle for stock profiles. We CNC-fabricate modern window sills that align with San Francisco’s sleek, contemporary aesthetic. Our capabilities extend inside, where modern interior window sills provide a Class A fire-rated (ASTM E84), moisture-resistant alternative to traditional wood that warps in the city’s persistent fog.
Because we work directly from your CAD specs, these sills offer high fidelity to your vision, giving you the clean lines and deep profiles that define high-end design without the high-end structural weight.
The polyurea shield for the Pacific climate
The San Francisco fog and salt air are relentless on building envelopes. Our sills and bands are encased in a proprietary polyurea hard coat, creating a monolithic, moisture-resistant shield.
This impact-resistant armor is engineered to accommodate thermal shifts and resist the damp-rot that plagues wood or the cracking common in heavy precast stone. You get a premium, stone-like finish that maintains its physical integrity over the long term, ensuring your building’s exterior details stay as sharp as the day they were specified.
