Can I order a product in my own dimensions?

Yes, we manufacture products to custom sizes and specifications so they fit your project perfectly.

How long does production and delivery take?

Production typically takes 2-4 weeks depending on project complexity. Standard shipping across the United States takes 5-10 business days.

What materials do you use?

We use high-density polyurethane foam (EPS) with impact-resistant Polyurea hard coating. Our materials are lightweight, durable, weather-resistant, and made in the USA.

Can I order custom sizes or shapes for my project?

Absolutely! We specialize in custom manufacturing. Send us your architectural plans, CAD files, sketches, or 3D models, and we will manufacture to your exact specifications.

Do you provide CAD drawings and technical documentation?

Yes, we provide comprehensive technical documentation including CAD drawings, installation instructions, and specifications for all our products.

Are your products easy to install?

Yes, our lightweight products are designed for easy installation by standard construction crews. We provide detailed installation instructions and technical support.

Quoins are decorative blocks stacked at the corners of a building. Historically they were cut stone that reinforced the corner, and today they are mainly an architectural accent.

Are your quoins real stone?

No. They are lightweight EPS with a polyurea hard coat, finished to look like stone or stucco.

Can quoins be added to an existing house?

Yes. They can be fixed to a finished wall or built in during construction. Tell us the wall surface so we can advise on mounting.

What size should quoin blocks be?

Typical blocks are proportioned to the building’s height and style. We suggest block length, height and spacing from your elevation.

Do quoins work with brick?

Yes. Quoin corners brick designs use a contrasting color or texture to emphasize the corners.

Can you match my stucco color?

Yes. Send a sample or color reference and we will match the finish.

Do foam quoins meet building codes?

Requirements for foam plastic decorative trim vary by project and jurisdiction. Check with your local authority and share project details with us.

What do you need to quote quoins?

Photos or elevations, corner heights, the number of corners, block sizes if known, and the finish.

Quoins | buy Custom Architectural Shapes

Quoins are the stacked corner blocks that give a building a strong, finished edge. Decorative Architectural Shapes makes custom quoins for stucco, brick and stone façades, so corners look solid and well proportioned without heavy masonry.

Foam quoins, stone-look results

Our corner quoins are CNC-cut from high-density EPS and covered with a polyurea hard coat. The finish can imitate stone quoins, smooth stucco or a stone texture with deep joints, and the coating resists moisture, UV and cracking. Because the pieces are light, one crew can mount them on a tall corner without scaffolding loads or mortar, and the pattern can follow your drawings rather than a standard catalog size.

Quoin patterns and where to use them

Quoins work on stucco walls, where they add relief to a flat surface, and with brick, where quoin corners brick create a classic contrast of color and texture. Alternating long and short blocks gives the traditional rhythm, while uniform blocks suit a more modern home. Quoins stucco combinations also fit entrances, window surrounds and building edges on commercial projects. We can match your stucco color and joint spacing.

On large commercial buildings, quoins also help break up long, flat walls and define the corners of each volume, so the structure reads as designed rather than plain. For homes, a modest set of quoins at the entrance and corners is often enough to give a stucco house the presence of a stone building. We also produce matching sills, bands and trims, so the corners and openings share one style and one finish.

Quoins on house corners, such as stucco quoins, exterior stucco quoins and stucco corner quoins, give a masonry look. Architectural quoins, modern quoins and decorative quoins can follow the rusticated pattern of masonry quoins in brick. Faux quoins reproduce that corner detail.
