Foam shutters and louvers

Each piece is CNC-cut from high-density EPS and covered with a polyurea hard coat. Compared with wood, foam shutters and composite window shutters do not warp, split or need frequent repainting, and the coating resists moisture and UV. Decorative shutters can follow your drawings: louvered, raised-panel, board-and-batten, mission style shutters, Bahama shutters or Bermuda shutters exterior designs, with exterior shutter hardware or decorative shutter hardware chosen to match.

Decorative or functional

Decorative louvers have closed slats and add architectural detail to a gable or wall. Functional louvers and ventilation louvers let air pass and protect the opening from rain and insects. Tell us which you need and the size of the opening, and we confirm the design. A louver vent can be matched to the style of the shutters, so the façade looks consistent. Custom composite shutters in unusual sizes, arched shapes and large Bahama panels are produced to order. For developers and builders, the weight savings are significant: large Bahama panels or tall louvers can be handled by a small crew, and a custom size does not require a special wood order. Matching louvers, shutters and trims in the same finish helps the whole façade read as a single design. We can supply matching hardware and a color sample before production, so you can approve the finish against your siding and windows.
