Profiles and materials

Our wall mouldings are CNC-cut from high-density EPS and covered with a polyurea coating, so they imitate plaster, wood or stone while staying light and easy to cut on site. The same material works indoors and as an exterior moulding, because the coating resists moisture, UV and cracking. Unlike traditional plaster relief, there is no wet work, curing time or crack risk at the joints, and a profile that is hard to find in stock can be reproduced from a drawing or a sample.

Choosing the right molding

A chair rail moulding or wainscot cap divides a wall and protects it, while panel moulding builds classic frames on a flat surface. Cove moulding, bed molding and fluted casing suit door and window openings, and decorative baseboards and decorative corner molding finish the lower edge of a room. For distinctive projects we make art deco moulding, gothic moulding and ornamental molding with repeating motifs. Designers often combine several profiles to build paneled walls, library rooms, hotel corridors and restaurant interiors. Because the pieces are light, one installer can handle long lengths, and the molding can be cut, joined and finished with ordinary tools.
